How can my blood pressure be controlled?

The first thing you need to do is find out what causes high blood pressure. Next, take steps that will reduce the risk. You can do this by eating less salt, losing weight, or taking medication.

Also, make sure to get enough exercise. If you don't have time for regular exercise, then try walking as often as possible.

If you're not happy with how much exercise you're doing, then you should consider joining a gym. You will probably join a gym that is open to other people with similar goals. It is much easier to stick with a exercise program if there are others who will be watching you at the club.

If you are working full time, it can be difficult to keep a healthy diet and exercise regimen. It becomes even harder if you are stressed out because your mind tells us that we cannot handle this situation anymore so we start feeling guilty and give up.

You may feel that something is not right with your body. Ask your doctor for his/her opinion about your current situation. If there's nothing abnormal, you might have stress from your job.
