We began by looking at all the food we eat. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. But fruits and vegetables, on other hand, are good for us since they contain essential vitamins and minerals.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great exercise, as it increases flexibility. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
