Look no further if you're an older adult looking for fun and informative events. A Senior Fair is a great opportunity to learn about various health related resources available to you. A Senior Fair is a great way to catch up with family and friends. You can also benefit from a variety medical screenings, YMCA demonstrations or vendor displays. You can even visit your favorite museums' exhibits.

Lifescape Senior Expo, a fair that focuses on home-improvement, healthcare and information, is unique. Seniors will be able to have fun with their peers in the "Senior Bowl", which offers opportunities for them to engage in friendly competition. Lifescape Senior Expo has many exhibitors who will be available to assist those with financial planning or retirement.

A Home Health Fair is another exciting event that will be happening on Friday October 14th at Electric City Trolley Museum. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, DePeetro's Pharmacy and One Point will sponsor this event. Participants will have the opportunity to get free flu shots as well as a health assessment.

Healthy cooking demonstrations will be provided by the CEO Weinberg Food Bank. The first 300 attendees will receive a complimentary lunch. But, your Medicare Part B/Part D cards are required.

Several sponsors will be providing door prizes and free giveaways. River's Edge Bookstore and Walmart are the door prize sponsors. Goodyear Auto Service, Stefano's Pizzeria Cafe and Goodyear Auto Service are also goodyear auto service.


If you would like to receive a complimentary flu shot, your Medicare Parts B and/or D card will be required. Flu shots can be obtained throughout the day. CNY Food Bank's Mobile Food Pantry provides food boxes for attendees. These boxes will include fridge items, fresh produce and shelf stable products.

Additional special events are also planned. The Great New York State Fair, for example, offers free admission to certain groups. On Thursday, August 23 and Friday, August 30, active/retired firefighters and emergency service members can get in for free. Fidelis care Youth Student Day will offer all youth 18 and younger free admission on Saturday, Aug 21.

This project had the main purpose of providing suggestions for how to maintain your health. Understanding how to maintain health is the first step in maintaining your health. We had to learn what was good for our bodies in order to do this. After looking at the various methods people use to improve their health, it became clear that there were many ways that we could benefit. We finally came up with some tips to help us be happier and healthier.

We started off by looking at the different types of food that we eat. Some foods are harmful and some are good for us. We know that sugar causes weight gain, so we are aware of this. Fruits and vegetables, on the other hand are healthy because they are rich in vitamins and minerals that are vital for our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It makes us feel good and happy. There are many different exercises we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great exercise, as it increases flexibility. It is important to avoid junk food, and to drink plenty of water, if we wish lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is an important thing that we must do each day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems, including back pain, depressions, heart disease, diabetes and obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
