We started by looking at what food we eat. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. Fruits and veggies, however, are good for our health because they provide vitamins and nutrients that are important for our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel good and happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great exercise, as it increases flexibility. Avoid junk food and drink lots water if you want to lose weight.
