In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. We then looked at different ways in which people try to improve their health and we found out that there were many things that could help us. Finally, we came to some suggestions that would help us remain happier and healthier.

We began by looking at different kinds of food. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. But fruits and vegetables, on other hand, are good for us since they contain essential vitamins and minerals.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is an important thing that we must do each day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
