Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It makes us feel good and happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
