We began by looking at all the food we eat. Some foods are harmful and some are good for us. We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are many exercises you can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. Avoid junk food and drink lots water if you want to lose weight.
