Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength.
