Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. You should avoid eating junk food and drink lots if you are looking to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is an important thing that we must do each day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed.
